  1. I don’t know if I’ve ever used mung beans before, but now I’m gonna have to! This looks so rich and creamy, but I love how much goodness is packed in there! Perfect guilt free treat if you ask me 😉 Netflix has gotten so much better this last couple of years and so much original content now. Though, I can spend quite some time browsing. I heard on the radio the other day that the average user spends 20 minutes searching for a show to watch. Crazy, right? I like when I find a series and stick with it. I’ve never watched Vampire Diaries. How cool that it is filmed where you live?!

  2. Oooo…cardamom. You speaking my language! And I’ve never met a mung bean I didn’t like. Well, actually, truth is I’ve never met a mung bean. But if you and your awesome side kick love them, then I will too. Looks like a delicious and nutritious breakfast Shashi! Hope you’re having a great week my friend. XOXO

  3. What a fun breakfast bake, Shashi! I don’t think I’ve ever cooked with mung beans…I clearly need to give that a shot sometime soon. And I’m all about breakfast bakes b/c, well, breakfast! 🙂 I never did get into Parks and Rec, although Laura loves it. I’m pretty sure she’d watch it all again with me…so maybe that will be our new show. We’ve been looking for one lately anyways! Thanks for the fun recipe, and I hope your week is off to a splendid start, my north Georgia friend!

  4. In Asia, a very favorite dessert is sweet mung bean soup. Sometimes they even make ice lollies out of the mung beans too. I am sure one bite of this deliciousness and I would be hooked!
