  2. Wow, if I had not seen the pictures of this oat pancakes I would not believe that they are so light and fluffy…they look gorgeous. I love the idea of topping it with almond butter.

    Do you think that it’d work if I didn’t grind the oats? I want to try them, but I don’t feel like washing the blender afterwards. Too lazy, I know hahaha ;–)

      I was going off of what I put in my oats and was too lazy to make more, but next time I know to double the quantities.

  6. I love oats in any form and these pancakes look absolutely mouthwatering Shashi! They are totally worth fighting over for!:) I love the way you draped the almond butter and honey over these too! Pinning and can’t wait to try this 🙂 Yum!!

    1. Thanks Kelly – the almond butter lent so much to the taste of these pancakes! That and the honey – there’s no sugar in these pancakes,so the honey complemented these well.
