  2. The pancakes look wonderful! I will definitely have to give them a try! I have been making pancaking using almond meal, mashed bananas and eggs. Dairy, sugar and gluten free and the best thing is that the kids love them!

      I made some similar to yours, I added nuts too and my daughter polished her plate…I am beginning to think I could disguise anything in pancake form andshe will eat it – maybe kale pancakes should be next? 😉

  3. Mm, my wife made some of these before (though without the spice) so I can attest to them being delicious and definitely something worth fighting over. Good call on the adding of the spices – bet that kicks it up a notch!

  4. Now that’s a delicious looking plate of pancakes. And so healthy too! Of course I would slather them in butter and maple syrup which defeats the purpose. I’m so wanting these pancakes right now! Delicious!!!
