  1. These were just what I was looking for. No flour, gluten-free. I added some walnuts, halved the milk and added plain yogurt. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Yum!

  2. I have made these many times though I make them as waffles. Today I added 1/2 cup of pure pumpkin, 1/8 teaspoon of cloves and cardamom. They were delicious! Perfect for fall.

  3. Haha – I just finished eating a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, and now I want these oat pancakes! I didn’t realize you could make pancakes entirely with oats. I’m totally trying these out sometime soon – the maple syrup has been staring at me lately! 🙂

  4. I just made these awesome pancakes! I did add a bit of oil and brown sugar plus flax seed. I add flax seed to almost everything. TYVM definitely a keeper. God bless!

  5. These were absolutely marvelous! It gives me enjoyment about cooking in the kitchen again. Following the recipe, I ended up with 10 pancakes. My husband had no idea they were gluten free.
